Automation Consulting
We offer consulting services for your planed automated system. We visit manufacturers and integrators on site in person. We provide expertise in design, troubleshooting and integration of robotic and non-robotic, automated manufacturing.
Controls and Hardware Engineering
We design, specify, purchase, and integrate Allen Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s). As well as several other electrical controls components necessary to meet the needs and specifications of our customers.
Electrical Engineering Design
We design our electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical suite as well as EPLAN.
Mechanical Engineering Design
We design using SolidWorks for 3D modeling and detail using 2D AutoCAD. We have designed Robotic End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) as well as fixtures, machine tooling, and equipment.
